I used to ship with YD company since 2023 and my parcel shipment from Thailand went thru smoothly without any issues. Sometimes this year there was a change in arrangement where my portfolio is being assigned to this company and it was done without any prior notice to me as a customer. As a result of this the warehouse address got changed as well. So when I was trying to ship my parcel back via old address it a shock to me as the customer experience completely changed. The person in charge and service attitude is appalling , have to follow up so many times to chase for progress and update. I feel so sick of this entire incident and thankfully I got my parcel back after 2 months waiting . Thank you and good bye.
